Trifexis IS THE DEVIL!!!!!!

Hello Frenchie Friends and ALL DOG Owners!

I wanted to tell all of you to steer clear of Trifexis (Flea, Heartworm, Intestinal Worms PREVENTION!) (it is a pill)

We tried it for the first time this past month, and well we are experiencing EXTREMELY irritated skin, with scabs and sores. We live in Texas were FLEAS ARE A MAJOR PROBLEM during the spring/summer.

Last summer Frankie was on separate pills for each other those, for fleas we were on Comfortis… MUCH BETTER!!!!

Our vet somehow made Trifexis seem like the best choice, & cheaper choice so thats what we went with.

I proceeded to look up reviews because we did NOT have ONE single problem last summer with scabs or sores due to fleas and to my surprise OTHER dogs have had the SAME exact problems along with much worse…. such as death!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to warn anyone thinking about changing their dogs prevention to Trifexis, or if on this highly consider doing research and changing.

I am going on Friday May 18th to the vet, to change and give them a piece of my mind! THAT IS THE LAST TIME I CHANGE MEDS WITHOUT DOING MY OWN RESEARCH!!!!!

P.S. Since we did not have a freeze this winter, fleas are extra bad but we have been taking the extra effort in cleaning all of Frankies bedding, every 3 days, vacuuming like crazy people, salt floor treatments, flea baths….

Rain makes me sad!!! So I just look out the window and wish it was a bright sunny day!
